Review: Laura Mercier Cavier Stick Eye Shadow Pencil - Amethyst

Hey Guys

Hope you all are happy and healthy.

Laura Mercier Cavier Stick Eye Shadow Pencils are not new in the market, but, I could have had my hands on it only now. I bought the shade Amethyst, which is a beautiful shimmery mauvy taupe shade.

Cavier Stick Eye Shadow Pencils come in twist up retractable pencils. The pencil has signature LM brown packaging with a small cap like thing at the end which is the same color as the pencil. I really like this simple and slick packaging which is great to carry around.

This pencil has an extremely creamy texture which is very light weight and doesn't budge or fade throughout the day. When I say throughout the day, I mean it. I took it to the weddings that I had been to during the first fortnight of May, and this was the only 'eye shadow' that I took as it was horribly hot there. I used to apply it all over the lids and slightly blending it in the crease and it would not crease or fade at all through out the day!

I also like using it as a base under my Chanel Ombre Essentielle Soft Touch Eye Shadow in Fauve, which is like a perfect combo. I wearing this same combo in the FOTD.

Price: USD 26.00 for 0.05 oz.

Overall, Laura Mercier Cavier Stick Eye Shadow Pencil in Amethyst is a great product which is worth trying, and I am sure one will not be disappointed.

Lots of Love
