Hope you all are happy and healthy.
Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes are not new in the market, but, I could lay my hands on them only now. I bought four of them, Exposed, Blissful, Tipsy and Blushing Bride, and here's is the review of first and the most vibrant shade, Tipsy, of the four.
Tipsy is described as 'Coral' by Tarte and it is true peachy coral shade with minor sheen to it. Tipsy has very smooth and finely milled pigments that has amazing color pay off. When you see the pan, it looks scary, but, it definitely give a coral glow. It was easier to blend and applied smoothly without being patchy. True to it's claim, it stays put for a really long time without fading or looking patchy over the day. Quality of Tarte blushes is comparable with MAC Matte blushes that are few dollars cheaper (USD 21.00), but Nars blushes are more smoother and buttery for a few extra dollars expensive (USD 29.00).
It comes in plastic casing with mirror, which is the same color as the blush making it easier to locate, however, the plastic quality seems to be cheap. The Amazon River pattern is nice and looks appealing to eyes.
Price: USD 26.00 for 5.6 gms of product
Overall, I liked the Tipsy blush but nothing overwhelming about them in terms of quality.
Here are a pictures and swatches of the blush Tipsy and a FOTD:
I hope you found the review helpful.
Have a lovely week ahead.
Lots of Love
