Review: Nars Blush in Deep Throat

Hello Everyone

Hope you all are doing well and are happy and healthy.

Nars blush's names are just too much to leave your attention and I have been wanting this blush ever since I used the 'O' blush (read the review here). When a famous cosmetics/ beauty website Strawberrynet replenished it's stock for Nars blushes, I could not resist myself to grab this blush. So, it landed in my stash and I am using it for almost like 5-6 months now.

Nars describes this blush as 'Flirty, Sheer Peach ', which is quite right, it's peach with slight hint of pink and it's sheer. It's so sheer that it frustrated my soul as it wasn't just getting recognised in any of the FOTD pictures and I had to take almost 100+ pictures to get it right. Yep, I have applied this blush very heavily so that it shows up on the camera and I am really happy that after a number of failed attempts to capture it correctly, I am finally reviewing it for you.

As this blush is often compared with the 'O' blush and is preferred by many over the 'O' blush, this blush has shimmer which very mush subdued compared with the 'O' blush. The shimmer is very fine and can be categorised as sheen. Great blush for everyday without being over the top. Also, great to add just enough color and glow to cheeks to put together your dramatic eye look. While the 'O' blush is peachy pink with loads of shimmer, Deep Throat is a peach with slightest hint of pink. It adds a nice warmth to your cheeks without being orange or making you look burnt! Like, other Nars blushes this blush is also buttery smooth and blends like a dream.

As, I have said before, I hate Nars blush's velvety packaging as it is prone to attract dirt and finger prints which over the time looks very shoddy. So, I prefer to keep these blushes in its cover.

Price: USD 28.00 or INR 1500 approx.

You can buy these blushes from the Strawberrynet website or from your acquaintances flying.

Here are the pictures of the blush, swatches and a simple look with me wearing this blush to show you how it looks on my NC40 skintone.

Overall, it's a lovely sheer shade to have in your kity for a nice everyday put together look or pair up with plum or purple dramatics smokey eyes. I am loving this blush very much as an everyday shade and prefer it over the 'O' blush at times.

I hope you all found the review helpful and liked the blush on me.

Even though I prefer it over the 'O' blush, I have rediscovered my love for the 'O' blush and I am soon going to update my review of the 'O' blush along with pictures using my new camera, actually my brother's camera.  What say? Read the 'O' blush review here. Let me know your opinion in the comments below.

Take care and see you soon.

Love always
Eesha
